How DushiWeb handles personal data — what we collect, what we don’t, and what your rights are.

Last updated:

Summary

We collect the minimum data needed to run our website and respond to inquiries. We don't sell, share, or trade personal information. We don't use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural analytics.

If you only want to know one thing: we're built privacy-first, and the contact form data goes to a single inbox we control.

What we collect

Contact form & lead magnet submissions: name, email, optional phone and business name, and the message you send. Used only to reply to your inquiry.

Booking via Cal.com: when you book a discovery call, Cal.com collects your email and any details you provide. See cal.com/privacy.

Analytics: anonymous page-view counts via Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no fingerprinting). We do not know who you are individually.

Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, page) kept by our hosting provider Vercel for security and abuse prevention. Auto-rotated.

What we don't collect

Tracking cookies, advertising pixels (Facebook, Google Ads), behavioural fingerprints, location data, or any third-party analytics that build profiles.

We don't use Google Analytics. We don't use Meta Pixel. We don't use TikTok Pixel. We don't sell your data because we don't have data to sell.

How we use your data

Contact submissions are emailed to a single inbox we monitor. We reply, then archive. We don't add you to a newsletter (we don't have one), don't enroll you in drip campaigns, and don't share your inquiry with third parties.

Cal.com bookings result in a calendar event for both parties and the call you booked. Nothing more.

Plausible analytics shows us aggregate page views — which pages are popular, where visitors arrive from. No individual tracking.

Third-party services

Vercel — hosting + edge network. Data processed: your IP and request metadata. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Resend — sends contact form emails to us. Data processed: your name, email, message body. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cal.com — booking widget on /book. Data processed: your name, email, time slot, optional notes. See cal.com/privacy.

Plausible.io — privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies, no personal data. See plausible.io/privacy.

Your rights

Under GDPR and the Curaçao National Data Protection Ordinance, you can: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, or object to specific processing.

Contact us at hello@dushiweb.com with your request. We respond within 30 days, usually within 7.

How long we keep data

Contact submissions: kept for up to 24 months in our email archive, then deleted.

Cal.com bookings: managed under your Cal.com account preferences.

Server logs: typically 30–90 days, set by Vercel's standard policies.

Analytics: aggregate page-view counts kept indefinitely (no personal data attached).

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3 where supported). The site runs on Vercel's edge network with industry-standard security practices.

We don't store payment information. Bookings that involve payment are handled directly by Stripe or Cal.com — not by us.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we update this page and the 'Last updated' date. For active clients, we email a notification.

Minor copy edits (typos, clearer wording) are made without notification.

Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy: email hello@dushiweb.com or use our /contact form.
